Shipping Policy
S H I P P I N G
- WS STORE offers shipping for orders throughout Malaysia and Singapore (Selected Product).
- WS STORE reserved the right to decide which courier company we should use to post your item.
- We are not responsible for customer's loss or damages due to the result of unable to deliver due to customer not available / courier company unable to reach you / no one at home to receive the parcel on promised delivery date / courier unable to make door-to-door delivery due to security issue.
- We welcome customer who stay nearby or willing to travel to our warehouse for self-collection of the item. As we are not retail shop and not ready for walk in customer, kindly make an appointment with us prior to your collection.
West Malaysia (Exclude Pulau Ketam):
- Orders are processed the same day peyments are received or on the next business day if the order is placed after office hours (9am to 6pm) or holiday.
- After we process your order, we will take around 1-3 working days to pack and ship your order.
- We will appoint only Fast Courier companies such as Best Express and Leslie Delivery, with tracking number provided on each parcel.
- You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days depending on your delivery area.

Pulau Ketam:
- Orders are processed the same day payments are received or on the next business day if the order is placed after office hours (9am to 6pm) or holiday.
- After we process your order, we will take around 2-5 working days to pack and ship your order.
- We will appoint only Fast Courier company such as PosLaju as they are the only few courier that do door-to-door delivery in Pulau Ketam, with tracking number provided on each parcel.
- You can expect to receive your order within 4-7 working days.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak):
- Orders are processed the same day peyments are received or on the next business day if the order is placed after office hours (9am to 6pm) or holiday.
- After we process your order, we will take around 2-5 working days to pack and ship your order.
- For Air Freight, we will appoint only Fast Courier companies such as Best Express and Pgeon Delivery, with tracking number provided on each parcel.
- You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 working days depending on your delivery area.

- For Sea Freight, we will appoint Pos Domestic Malaysia with tracking number provided on each parcel.
- Packed parcel will be send to Pos Malaysia to ship within 5 working days.
- You can expect to receive your order within 4-6 weeks depending on your delivery area.
